Apple Fluff

This is my mother-in-law's recipe and one of my all time favorite snacks. It's also great as dessert or breakfast.
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
1 tub Cool Whip
4 apples, any kind, chopped
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained well

Make the pudding according to the package directions. Add thawed cool whip (don't forget to thaw!) and chopped apples and crushed pineapple that has been drained. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Note: if you're watching calories use fat-free pudding and cool whip. It still tastes great!
